Grace’s pregnancy test was positive. During her intake, she shared that she was depressed from her previous abortions, had some medical challenges, and is in an abusive relationship. I told her how important it is to know of God’s amazing love for her. 

I also told her about the Kindred Network and felt the Holy Spirit leading me to pray with her. Grace told me she plans to build a friendship with a trustworthy lady in her church and reevaluate her relationship with the father of her unborn baby. She now believes that with God’s help she can be a good mother to her baby. We planned and scheduled the next visit to the clinic. 

Grace left with a sense of freedom. She understands that she can choose to forgive herself, and that God has forgiven her because of what Jesus did for her on the cross.
